From the home page on this site you see links to each former member of the band. This is the "Where are they now" section. I am working on getting current photos along with short (or long) bios written by each member. (Fun, huh?) This way in addition to seeing how good looking each member was back then, you can see how good looking they are now, and learn where each member has taken his life in the last 30 years. As you can see, this section is almost complete Of course, I'm gathering as many old Notorious Noblemen photos from the 1960's that I can. All the members will be contributing to this endeavor. My goal is to have a good representative group of photos from each era. On each era page you'll find a description of that era, the years it covered, and a song list. If I get real ambitious I will post some of our old recordings in RealAudio format so you may download them and listen to us as we sounded back then . Somebody must have a copy of the Yellow Canary out there somewhere, and I have a tape from a session we did in Ames, IA sometime around 1969 or so. So, this site should grow and grow over the next few months.
If you knew the band back then and have any old stories or photos you'd like to share, or if you wish to be notified any time this site is updated, please email me, Mike (Mac) McCormick at: I want to hear from all old (and young!) Notorious Noblemen fans!!! And don't forget, we'll be playing at the New Roof Garden in Arnold's Park, IA over Labor Day weekend 1998!!! Doug, Steve, Bucky, Johnny, JB, Mac, Joey, Keith, Denny, Larry, and Sue, are looking forward to seeing you! -mac PS. One thing I forgot to mention. This site will be maintained long after the Labor Day 1998 gig in Okoboji (Arnolds Park). I'm sure that hundreds of photos will be shot that weekend (mostly by our wives!) and you can be sure that we will post a bunch of them here on this web site along with a synopsis of that weekend. Of course that may be unnecessary because I'm sure any of you reading this will be there to actually experience it in person!
